It is Leap Day! Happy Birthday to everyone that only gets a birthday every 4 years!

This is Claire's - 72! Another brand that doesn't name their polish. This is a tan-ish mauve with a slight gold shimmer. Was great to apply and only took 2 coats! It looks a bit more mauve in real life, but still a beautiful color! This polish just screams draw on me thou! Hope you guys like it!

Touch of Silver!

Its Tuesday! Only 3 more days til Friday!

So to brighten today I have a Touch of Silver for you!

I used Golden Rose - 10 and Wet n Wild - Silvivor.

This set of pictures I left matte!

This set of pictures I added a top coat! In the pictures there not much difference but in real life it does really bring out the sparkles in the blue polish!

Hope everyone had a great weekend! I got to watch my son till the garden! I laughed, watching how he struggled with it but was so determined to control this machine shaking him like he was a soda can! =) Oh the pure joy of little paybacks to your kids!

This is Golden Rose Matte - 10. They didn't want to name this. But it is a beautiful Navy Blue. It was a dream to apply and only took two coats! It was super glittery while wet, but kinda lost it when it dried. I couldn't complain because is is such a beautiful matte finish!

Everbella Review Day!

Hi All!

Today I am reviewing 12 Glitter Paper Dust set. That I received form the the wonderful Florence at The Everbella Nail & Beauty Supply. 

The Set has 12 different colors in nice little screw on lids. So, no worries about them popping open. They all comes in a clear case with a lid. I actually really liked this to keep them all together.

 They call this paper glitter. It looks more like shale to me. Or like the inside of clam shells that have flaked off. It is a mixture of big and small pieces. Like snowflakes they are not the same shape! You can used these for more of a packed 3D look or you could place the pieces alone. 

 So I used Wet n Wild - SaGreena The Teenage Witch as the base color for the flowery background feel. I then used 7 of the 12 glitter dust colors.

 Then I used a clear coat to dot the flower shape I wanted, leaving the middle open for the center of the flower. 

 While the clear coat dotting was wet I added the glitter dust. Then tapping the excess off and used a soft paint brush lightly sweeping away any loose glitter dust. I let them dry completely ( shouldn't take long). 

 Then I dotted the clear coat in the centers of the flowers then adding a different color. Tapping and brushing again.  I left the glitter dust as is. The colors are bright and shine but has a soft look to them.

In this look I Sealed over the glitter dust with a top coat. This is just as pretty but it does wash out  the color by making it have a wet glossy look. 

 The top coat really makes this shine!! All most like shiny stones! 

 This is just away to get a different look out of the same product. 

So what do I think of these. I love them! They are so different then just glitter. I can build them 3D or I can lay them piece by piece in the shapes I want. They have a different shimmery shine then glitter. And just by adding a top coat to them you get another glassy look. You can also crush them up and get more of a powder look. I also think they have a nice mix of colors in the set. I would have been more in love with this set if it had a green in it!! I would have done my whole nail in glitter dust! Their picture has green in it but I got a grey instead.  I know that I did this nail art and still have tons left over. It just doesn't take a lot to do this!

SaGreena the Teenage Witch!

Hope everyone is having a great day!

This is Wet n Wild - SaGreena the Teenage Witch! I love how they named this line! This is a beautiful green that sparkle so much! I used 3 coats, the formula is good. But I don't like the wider brush. It doesn't have a smooth line at the tip of the brush and it's way to big for my pinky nail. But I love this color so much I don't care!

Ok to the polish!! I was going to post this before, then I got sick.
This is Wet n Wild - Teal of fortune! I used 3 thick coats because it can be sheer, more so at the tips.
It is beautiful teal color! But my camera decided it wanted it to be blue! I took pictures everywhere I could think of. I even tried a flash light! I got every blue possible but not teal! But if you look closely at the bottle you can see the teal, some. This color is so pretty and sparkles so much. I'm in love with it! Hope you guy like this!

This is my last valentine mani! I think it is cute but I was rushing. So it is not as good as it should have been.

I used Wet n Wild - Teal of  Fortune and acrylics. Just a side note my camera just couldn't get the green in this color made it look blue but it is a beautiful teal.

Lavender Pearlescent!

Hi All!

I hope everyone is having a great day! I have been so busy lately with my son and his school work. 

This is Wet n Wild - Lavender Pearlescent! It is a Beautiful Frosty pink. This is a sheer polish. I used 3 coats and you can still see a hint of nail line! 4 coats may take that away or if your a heavy painter. I am not! I don't think the name really fits the color however!

But isn't this a gorgeous color!
